Interests

 Most of my spare time is dedicated

to graphic design and computer technology.I like to combine shapes and images in a metaphoric way giving

life to my creative ideas. My tools:

Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator'

XaraX, True Space, Blender.

On the other hand Ilike good music

and painting.

 I see in myself my teacher,the one who

shows me the way of understanding,the

way to breathe,smile,forgive,and live

deeply in the present moment.

 I believe in mindfulness as the energy

that allows us to look deeply at our body,

feeling and perceptions,mental

formations,and consciousness,and see

clearly what our needs are,so we will

not drown in the sea of suffering.

 I believe in ART the only way to express

our feelings,emotions,and perception,

the only way to fulfill our spiritual needs.
